Graduating Exit Interview

Are you about to graduate this semester? Congratulations!

As part of the graduating process, we require all students who shall be graduating on semester 2/2017 to download and complete the “Apply to Graduate” exit interview form and submit it to the Registrar Office before January 25, 2018. We will also require 1 photocopy of your Thai Citizen ID Card/Passport (please write your school’s name on the photocopy).

Borrowing Graduation Gown

On the same day that you submit the completed exit interview form, you will be required to submit 3 passport sized photos (1×1 inch) of yourself wearing the official STIC graduation gown. The gown can be collected from the Faculty of Nurse Science building.
