Handmade Products Demonstration and Exhibition
Dr Chaipat Wattasan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, St Teresa International University graciously presided over the Opening Ceremony of the Handmade Products Demonstration and Exhibition held at STIC Canteen on September 25, 2014.
The Faculty of Business Administration’s students organized the activity integrating a course subject entitled 214 302 Production and Operation Management with arts and cultural preservation. The students hosted the activity also in cooperation with other students studying in the fields of International Business (Year 2), Logistics (Year 2) and Hotel and Tourism (Year 3).
The event was held with the aim of encouraging students to participate more in the activity which had been designated as an extra curriculum activity. Moreover, the event was also arranged to help develop the student’s work under arts and culture promotion so that the students could use local materials which could be afforded by the general public. Most of the materials used here could be also brought in for further processing into other products in the form of things, food, flowers, fruits, animals, insects and other handmade products.
